30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have become damaged after purchase will not be refunded, especially delicate vintage clothing. Proper care is essential.
If an undisclosed fault is discovered, you may return the item for inspection and a refund.
Please include a note with your order number and name to facilitate processing.
Returns are processed upon receipt and inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Items that are used, returned in worse condition, or returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process:
1. Enter your order number and email.
2. Choose your return reason.
3. Select “REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.”
4. Select “SHIP WITH ANY CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE.”
5. Confirm your return.
Instructions:
– Pack the items securely with your purchase confirmation email and a note with your RMA number.
– Ship via your local post office or preferred courier to the provided return address.
You will receive an email once we receive your items and when a refund is processed.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@vtgstory.com.
